Return to top	WORKSHOPS Workshop information  April 2006   Dear Friends of Yoga/IA and other healing arts,   This Saturday, April 29 Marjorie Peirce and I (Daksha) will be offering a class titled:   "Clearing To Your Center" that experientially and (experimentally) blends Yoga and Integrated Awareness.   It will be held at the Center For Creative Change, 75 State St., Ellsworth, ME from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. with those able to get away a bit earlier invited to come starting at 8:30 to begin to settle with meditation/centering.     Mats, blankets, props etc. will be provided.   Questions and Registration:   daksha@hypernet.com 374-5423 or Marjorie 266-2375 marjorie@basscoveway.com   Cost/$10   This class will focus on the pelvic/hip/hara/dan tien/generative center so you will be able to strengthen, energize, relax and tune into that area.   What a wonderful springtime activity!   As the natural world is awakening, you will be able to access your deep well of creative energy.   I look forward to having you join us to experience this joining of yoga and integrated awareness;   two methods that explore the "body's map of consciousness" as you develop an expanding body dialogue.   Namaste, Daksha Return to top
